Combining artificial intelligence, visual identification, along with various sensors in vehicle systems can effectively reduce the occurrence of accidents, improve driving safety, and protect drivers, passengers, passersby and all the surroundings. The goal of the study is to develop an intelligent vehicle for the campus tour. A simple campus model and self-propelled robotic vehicle are used to demonstrate the design concept. In this research, an Arduino circuit board, with microprocessor and controller, is programmed to identify the short-range wireless bar code. Corresponding to each bar code, an action is performed. In the study, a campus broadcast is activated. The short-range wireless with communication technologies, such as RFID and NFC, is used in the application. This study successfully demonstrated the design idea of autonomous vehicle for campus tour by combining the self-propelled robotic vehicle with visual identification, and various sensors. Further developments for 1:1 vehicle application soon can be expected. 黃秀英 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 46 zh-TW
