Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 車輛工程系 === 106 === The study of Commercial Vehicles Rapid Periodical Maintenance is about how to short maintenance time by processes, management, task assignment and equipment improvements. Beside meeting client needs, it enhanced operational efficiency of the service plant. The express periodic maintenance service resulted from a whole package of this improvement study. Through this improvement study, we chose the TPS (Toyota Production System) concept as our foundation, and put JIT (Just in Time), Kanban management, and Kaizen activities into action at workshop daily service operation. The results showed that rapid periodical maintenance time was shortened from six hours to two hours, and gained more than 95% in the customer satisfaction questionnaire with good customer satisfaction and customer retention. For H brand, this procedure improved efficiency, created a better job benefits, and enhanced competitiveness among clients. This has become a win-win situation.
