In addition, this research will also simulate the concentration of the mercury and dioxin in each food and estimates the daily exposure of the human body. Finally, the research will determine the health benefits of the residents in Annan district when the reduction of mercury and dioxin in this case. The results will provide the reference and application for the decision making. The result shows the reduction of mercury in the residents of Annan district can avoid the days of premature death and avoid the reduction of newborn infants IQ. Eating the fish outside the An-shun site after 10 years and 30 years, the days of premature death and IQ can be increased to 0.38 d / yr- 0.095 points / per person and 0.66 d / yr- person, 0.166 points / per person. Eating fish within the An-shun site after 10 years and 30 years, comparing to the beginning year (2003), the days of premature death and IQ can be increased to 9.01 d / yr- person and 12.79 d / yr- person, 3.841 points / per person. The reduction of dioxin within the blood of residents in Annan District can decrease the days of premature death. Eating the fish outside the An-shun site after 10 years and 30 years, the days of premature death can be increased to 0.08 d / yr- and 0.11 d / yr-person, eating fish within the An-shun site after 10 years and 30 years, comparing to the beginning year (2003), the days of premature death can be increased to 21.04 d / yr- and 27.77 d / yr-person The health benefits of the residents in Annan district when mercury and dioxin redacting.
