Companies have looked for breakthroughs in these areas and hope to use information technology applications to improve work efficiency, create competitive advantages, and increase profits. However, when the information department focuses on the development and application of new technologies, IT infrastructure no longer being considered as a core business (such as the maintenance of desktop-related equipment), and medium and large enterprises are actively seeking to outsource the non-core business and focus on core business development. Therefore, the ability of a company to select an IT supplier will affect whether it can focus on its core business without worries. This study takes the banking industry as the research object, starting from the influence and consideration of the IT infrastructure operation by the maintenance of subcontractors on the desktop equipment, to find out the decision-making factors for companies to choose the outsourcing manufacturers, and then to explore how to pass the correct The elements of the selection process meet the needs of the companys IT operations. This study finds that the key factors of decisions making in outsourcing by the banking information department are the cost, the service capabilities, the management capabilities, and the quality.
