This growth results in a more complex supply chain and how to build up an effective management system is facing by many companies since this will largely increase the competitiveness and contribute more benefits to their products. The purpose of this research is to find out the working models between the companies and players of the consumer product supply chain and, being the EMS company, how to dig out the key factors and improvement solutions so as to manage a more effective supply chain system when facing challenges and impacts raised from technology developments, more and more complicated & integrated supply chains. Taking the typical EMS RF supply chain management as an example, this article focused on the analysis and study of the strategy of supplier management, as well as the competitive market, and then figure out / sum up the available and effective strategies and key success factors & processes: 1. Re-build and continue to improve thinkings and strategy of purchasing and procurement based on the growing market and technology. 3. Focus on what’s new from the market, technology and supply chain in line with the company’s strategy, as well as continuously evaluate the upstream supply chain, digging out potential suppliers so as to invest and/or combine them. 4. Make better use of the company’s strength and business opportunities, and build more proactive management strategies. Must do the EPI (Early Procurement Involvement) at the phase of NPI, strengthening and improving communication and cooperation with suppliers, and leveraging the best buying power during the product design stage. At the end, it is expected that this article can provide valuable experiences and suggestions to the companies who would like to and/or will practice similar and/or same projects currently or in the future.
