Domestic manufacturers have their own development capabilities of plastic injection pressure, processing and product application.
The export of plastic products also increases tremendous foreign exchange for the country. However, in recent years, because of the vigorous development of the economy of China and Southeast Asian countries, the job market is full of a large amount of low-cost labor.
Taiwans low economic value plastic products has no advantage in the international and domestic markets. The output value is declining. Therefore, the traditional plastic industry no longer has the advantage. The plastic industry should keep up with the market trend and cooperate with the emerging industry for survival. Plastic fastener is one of the industries of plastic products. Many products needs plastic fastener, for instance, vehicle products, daily life products, consumer electronics products, instruments and 3C products. Because the listed companies, unlisted companies, general companies are inseparable from plastic fasteners, the plastic fastener market has a certain amount of demand. Although plastic fastener industry is not high technology industry, it is indispensable. The most important is how to exclude competitors to be the champion of the plastic fastener industry.
Through the analysis of the case, we hope to come up a way to flourish the plastic fastener industry and to figure out the key to success in plastic fastener industry, giving follow-up investors a reference to operate.
