Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 管理學院EMBA大上海專班 === 107 === The chemical industry has long been closely related to the needs of human social life. After the Second World War, the chemical industry followed the world economic recovery. Taiwan is a typical example of growth driven by the flexible markets and the open policies of various governments. Many large-scale chemical companies were founded as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. In 1946, the Taiwanese rebuilt the Janpan oil company in Kaohsiung. The refinery provided the chemicals needed for domestic economic construction, and provided basic industry raw materials for agricultural, textile, detergent, plastic, dyeing and electronics. Small and medium-sized enterprises met the needs of the industry by providing industrial additives through import, development and production. But since the 21st Century, great changes have occurred due to excessive development and the environment of competing companies. The development problems of small and medium-sized foreign-funded enterprises are even more serious. This thesis summarizes the SMEs faced with dilemma and development problems, and provides a comprehensive analysis. This proposal will be a road guide to the development of small and medium-sized chemical enterprises. Small and medium-sized chemical companies face a fast-changing rhythm of the world, economic transformation and should realize their advantages and functions. The main body of this paper is divided into three parts: The first part: analyzes the dilemma faced by small and medium-sized chemical foreign-funded enterprises and the development of internal and external factors. It will examine the external influences in the macroeconomic environment. Internal factors refer to the common shortcomings or shortcomings of small and medium-sized chemical companies themselves. The second part: based on TMG Chemicals Company and will explain the business situation and basic status of the company. Including introductions of benchmarking companies and the TMG Chemicals Company for comparative analysis. It will examine the weaknesses or gaps and analyze the underlying factors that create barriers to development in TMG chemicals in a macroeconomic environment. The third part: A comprehensive analysis of the resources and capabilities of TMG Chemicals Company. Guided by benchmarking companies, we will start from three aspects: technological innovation, corporate culture, management philosophy and style to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and solve obstacles to development. The results can point the way to the future development of TMG Chemicals Company. At the same time, through the formation and upgrading of core competitiveness, the core competitiveness improvement will provide a reference for other enterprises of the same nature or the same situation to solve the problems and challenges of the 21st Century.
