碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 管理學院資訊與財金管理EMBA專班 === 107 === The cost control of the Printed Circuit Board foundry is one of the key core of production competitiveness, and the equipment used in manufacturing and manufacturing has a wide variety of spare parts and high cost. The frequency of replacement of parts is difficult to predict accurately. Maintaining the proper rate and cost control of production equipment has always been a problem for printed circuit board foundries. At present, the Printed Circuit Board industry has mostly divided the spare parts into preventive maintenance spare parts and maintenance spare parts for the practice of inventory management of spare parts in production equipment. This study hopes to analyze U company’s current production equipment spare parts inventory management by means of a systematic approach, with an attempt to explore how to reduce effectively the amount of spare parts and amount of production equipment spare parts.
