While Taiwan had top notched air condition production, R&D, promotion and distribution. There is wide use of commercial air condition equipments including industrial usage and commercial usage. Commercial air condition equipments are deeply related to our daily life. There are nine major commercial air condition brands. Including the four imported brands, brands from Taiwan are all competing for more market share while the market is becoming saturated. The purpose of this study is to find out how product quality and service quality effects customers satisfaction. In addition, the study will discuss how to maintain market share and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The topic of the study is all crucial issue for the industry for forthcoming challenges. The results of this study will help the commercial air condition industry to find solutions for the fast growing market and fast changing customer’s need.
