Taiwan’s construction industry is dominated by SMEs. General exist problem including insufficient funds, poor management, and poor staff quality etc. This study research use construction industry, value chain, and transaction costs as a framework of theoretical basis. Moreover, takes the case study method to summarize case companies' business models in different periods. In the beginning case company as traditional mud maker into industry. — Enforcing family values and improve the quality of staff to set up core ability. Then for the expansion of scale transformed into engineering Co., Ltd. — Develop learning organizations and self- confident to continue growth. With the continuous increase in engineering projects expanding to construction company. — Create company culture as a tradition, adopt the resource integration model, develop differentiation of service, minimize transaction costs, upgrade and continuous creation to achieve 〔Co-Creation〕〔Sharing Glory〕business model. Hope this result of study can be as reference to SMEs construction company.
