This research adopted questionnaires to collect data, and there were 119 valid questionnairs. The results showed the following findings: (1) The most effective way to promote the regime is to present a comparison chart before and after the changes, Q & A and through news released by press. (2) The expectations of labors towards this regime are higher than how they actually feel, meaning the labors are not satisfied with what the Government has presented so far in relation to their needs. (3) Changes of this “one mandatory day off and one flesxible rest day`’regime is unsatisfactory to the labors, once they are not able to use the rights and benefits assured to the labors, as well as the changes do not fulfill the current situation of the labors.
