Therefore, the wedding planners all tried their best to tailor design to fit the diverse need from the newcomers to be married. Hotels and the wedding banquet venues all upgraded their hardware to fulfill the need or even to impress them. The different combinations of the ceremony and banquet were designated as the dependent variable to explore the influence of the following five factors “venue”, ”service”, ”decoration”, ”cuisine” and “outdoor wedding” as the independent variables. Results indicated that age does not play a significant role in choosing the combination of ceremony and banquet. “Service” significantly influenced the recognition of the combination of Western ceremony and Chinese banquet. “Venue” was recognized as a significantly important factor for those who prefer the combination of Chinese ceremony and Chinese banquet. “Outdoor wedding” not only plays an important role for those who prefer the combination of Chinese escorting the bride, Western ceremony and Western banquet, but also a trend for the wedding market. The age group of 29~32 focus more on the decoration than the other age groups. This study aims to provide some practical suggestion for the wedding planners to better serve their customers.
