In order to enhance the interactive learning and strengthen the deep understanding of the digital learning environment, it is necessary to have appropriate self-learning tasks and effective teaching strategies. In order to meet the above requirements, Electronic Problem-based Learning (E-PBL) has begun to receive attention. In view of the problem-based learning, it is a learner-centered and using real-life questions to stimulate learners' discussion, guiding teachers through teaching, and cultivating their team learners' thinking, discussion, criticism and problem solving by grouping students. Ability to effectively improve the motivation of learners to learn independently, and to construct, share and integrate knowledge on target issues. The focus of this study will be to use the PBL classroom of Tunghai University as the research case study. Firstly, we will explore the PBL environment in learning, through field experiment observation, analyze the needs of inductive problems, and then propose an Mobile Plus Desk (M+Desk) for product design development that meets the requirements of PBL users.
