Summary: | 碩士 === 東海大學 === 教育研究所 === 106 === The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between junior high school teachers’ school psychological support and teachers’ burnout. The researchers used questionnaires to investigate 187 junior high school teachers from 14 different schools in Penghu. The questionnaires measured teachers’ school psychological support and teachers’ burnout. After the questionnaire were collected, the researcher used descriptive statistics, Hotelling’s T2, one-way MANOVA, Person’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis to analysis the data.The findings of the study were: (1) the junior high school teachers’ in Penghu had mid-high level of school psychological support, and their teachers’ burnout were mid-low.(2) Significant differences were found between teacher’ school psychological support and different teaching experiences and position.(3) Significant differences were found between teachers’ burnout and different teaching experiences and positions.(4) Teachers’ school psychological support and teachers’ burnout were negatively correlated.(5) Teachers’ school psychological support and teachers’ burnout were negatively predicted.The researcher gave suggestions for school administers and further studies according to the result of the study.
