The emerging wedding banquet hall is different from that of the early days. It not only provides wedding venues, but also provides a variety of wedding package services according to customer needs. The scope covered by the wedding industry includes wedding banquets, wedding photography, wedding cakes, wedding invitation card, etc. However, how to find out the core resources of the wedding banquet hall itself in operations and then strengthen them as competitive advantages in business has become an important issue.
In this study, New Palace Corporation in Taiwan was selected as the research case to explore its development history, composite business strategy, then to propose its service blueprint. Qualitative data collection was employed to understand the current situation and problems of New Palace Corporation service quality process. Finally, future direction and the development of diversification of New Palace Corporation are discussed. It is expected that the results of this study would be helpful to improve and enhance the service quality of the wedding banquet, and to provide the basis for the application and reference in this industry.
