Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 106 === LGBTQ is an inclusive concept, used to express a variety of different gender and social orientation groups. It includes gender identity and sexual orientation. Because the development of technology and internet, let people can use internet to learn and get more information. We called it online learning, and it has become a new learning space to human. In recent years, the study found the key point of online learning effectiveness is interaction between online learners. And LGBTQ generally have low trust to other people in real life. Therefore, they would turn to rely on virtual world and online social media. In this study, first we would try to understand how LGBTQ get online social support by using social media. And then, we conducted a questionnaire survey investigate the current situation about social media use, social media involvement and online learning environment evaluation across LGBTQ and non-LGBTQ. This study hopes to link demand for social support and online learning on pluralism between people of different sexual orientation and gender identity. The main finding showed that there’s not different between LGBTQ and non-LGBTQ in social media use. And compared to non-LGBTQ, LGBTQ have strong influence in “social media involvement to collaborative” and “social media to interaction”. Last, we would give some suggestions for establish a friendly online learning environment to LGBTQ.
