Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 經營管理學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === The present study aims to investigate the sources of individual psychological stress, organizational stress and social stress of the military training officers working at government education organization in the central area of Taiwan. The methods to the diagnosis of stress and the strategies to the management of stress are also discussed in this research. The semi-structured interview was utilized to collect the data in this research. Ten participants are selected by purposive sampling method. Through the three phases of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, thirteen factors of the sources of stress were discovered. Among which, two factors belong to individual level; six factors belong to the organizational level, four were inside the organization and two were outside the organization; five factors belong to the social level. The present study also summed up thirteen strategies that the military training officers used to deal with the thirteen sources of stress, discovered in this research. The most approach that was adopted by the participants was the social level management strategy. The results show that the source of stress of the military training officers working at government education organization in the central area of Taiwan mainly came from organizational level. However, the major approach to stress management strategy that the participants used to cope with the stress is social level management strategy. According to the results, it indicated that the strategy of organizational stress management needs more improvement.
