碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 經營管理學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === In the wake of economic development, the trend of national tourism has gradually prospered and resulted in the demand of tourism attractions and facilities. Therefore, there have been various kinds of tourism business emerged in respond of this trend, and at the same time, they have created more and more business opportunities for experiencing the ecology, rural tourism and the pursuit of leisure activities. In recent years, agricultural operations are facing great pressure due to the competition and farmers are pursuing new changes in their production technologies to approach new opportunities, new positioning, and competitive advantages. Furthermore, some traditional agriculture has been shifted to sophisticated and high value-added organic agricultural and there are also some production-oriented farms which have been transformed into a multifunctional leisure farm, including the functions of ecology, leisure, vacation, conservation. The purposes of this paper are focusing on representative leisure farm in Taiwan, and the result of the research is divided into five categories of leisure farm types: agricultural experience, ecological experience, holiday farm, rural tourism, integration of leisure experience. The finding suggests that there are five types of experience in the study that can be applied in the future. It is practically recommended that the Executive Council, Executive Yuan should take the action to extend the limitations when formulating policies so that more high-quality farms can become legal farms and more farm management concepts can be conveyed to consumers.
