Extreme weather affects people’s health, safety, and survival. Many respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, kidney diseases, digestive tract diseases, neurological diseases, mental illness, infectious diseases, heat-related diseases, accidents, and cancers, which are all closely related to weather changes. In order to help emergency technicians understand whether there is a correlation between non-invasive emergency care and climate variability, this study, through understanding the impact of climate change on health, establishes an early warning system to keep abreast of the latest local meteorological dynamics, and improve the emergency rescue system for non-traumatic rescues. The rapid response and actions of the situation can reduce or avoid the threat posed by the weather. In this study, a non-invasive first-aid information and inquiry system for the temperature and relative humidity of the day were established using the database. Integrating the cloud computing to provide emergency rescue technicians to perform non-invasive emergency care, the relevant references could be searched using a smartphone or a tablet computer. The climate in Taiwan is complex and changeable. The weather varies greatly in different seasons and has a great impact on people's health. Especially, for the elderly or people suffering from chronic diseases, declining ability to adapt to climate becomes easier to get sick or worsen the original disease. In order to understand the possible impacts of climate on the body, alertness at any time during weather changes helps maintain health status. This study constructed a non-invasive emergency rescue case based on non-invasive emergency rescue samples from the Qingquan Branch of Taichung City Government Fire Bureau during the year of 2017, conducting a detailed information analysis and statistics on the time of occurrence, region, age, allergens, trauma treatment, CPR, respiratory tract treatment, past medical history, drug treatment, reasons for help, medical conditions, gender, temperature and relative humidity of the day, etc. Keywords: Emergency Medical technicians, Climate change and health, Non-invasive emergency care CHUANG,CHENG-HUNG 莊政宏 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 89 zh-TW
