The purpose was to explore L optoelectronics technology company on the basis of the theory of business model canvas and analyze strategies for creating performance.
The results of the study showed that the case companies provide holistic plans that are tailored to different customers. Apart from products, they also offer customer-friendly services, including technological support. They establish sales channels for customers. The innovative services and efficiency provided by the sample company enable the case company, suppliers, and customers to achieve a triple-win model.
