This study is to explore the possibilities of the community-based long-term care institutions leading-in the service apartment. The conclusions are as follows: (1) The establishment of community-based long-term care institutions can give effect to long- old-age and have a healthy life dignity. (2) The service apartment operation model accord with the community-based long-term care institutions development. The service apartment provide as same as the Hotel-style services staff and equipment. It provide like a tourist accommodation for the day-to-day placement of the elderly .It also have all kinds of Elderly facilities and Elderly course that can easily be loved by the elderly. Besides, the expenses is cheaper than private long-term care center. This study analyzed the feasibility of the results: the Introduction of service apartment operation model on long-term care institutions is feasible reference.
