The purpose of this research is to comprehend how parents in China and Taiwan feel about the service quality provided by preschool education institutions, and the service strengths and weakness of preschool education intuitions, and further propose a number of specific analytical results for preschool education institutions’ reference. This research used the parents whose children are learning in e-BABY International Education Groupin Taichung area of Taiwan, Beijing area and Huainan area of China as the research subjects, 394 out of 410 distributed questionnaires were collected. Based on PZB’s SERVQUAL, Tangibles, Reliability, Interaction, Empathy and Guaranteed of were used to construct the 5 dimensions of service quality measuring in order to explore parents’ expectations and satisfaction towards the preschool education institutions in Taiwan and China, and analysis service gap. The resear chresults indicated that gaps between customer importance and satisfaction of parents in preschool education institutions in Taiwan and China are ubiquitous, which means that there is room for enhacing service quality of preschool education institutions.
