The service form and profit model of the industry have also undergone dramatic changes. However, in the past, the research on digital convergence focused on the development of regulatory policies and infrastructure. On the issues of demand input, the operation mode of digital content and the formation and application of network groups, there is little discussion about the changes in the industry and the transformation of enterprises under the confluence of a systematic view. Based on the literature, this study proposes a three-faceted analysis framework, including infrastructure, content, and social networks. It uses case studies and is based on the top five technology companies in the United States, FAANG, which is Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Google is a case study. The important research findings are that the infrastructure is oriented towards the development of the Internet of Things ecosystem. Secondly, the content is to enhance its community adhesion, and based on its original ecosystem community, further develop new digital content and The development of new business models for the new IoT ecosystem content; third, the social network platform is the foundation of the new economic business model.
