碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 創意商品設計學系 === 106 === 　　For current social lifestyle changes, not only is food transportation, culture is more close to our life movement from commuting time, air pollution, the densely populated city, public area to the overall climate change and greenhouse effect, are all can produce change, let the life habits is used in outdoor sports commonly evolved into today's popular indoor sport, like the gym, yoga class, or autonomous movement in the home; Part of the human pursuit of the beauty of physical and posture, and can be borrowed by their body with family sports equipment, to improve the overall ease of movement and reduce the external interference factors, makes the movement pattern mentioned above individual loyalty of his own ethnic group, but on the overall utility and functionality have their own advantages and disadvantages. 　　This study further discusses the kinds of family sports equipment with the characteristics and classification, mainly discuss family sit-ups exercise equipment as the object, collect sit-ups exercise equipment in the existing market analysis for each product, and in view of the overall appearance, function, using way to explain them one by one, as this study design and send to the product innovation, combined with creative thinking, into the new conception of life and the actual utility, let's sit-ups appliances have originality, progressive and value, increase the competitiveness of the products in the market and promote the development of sports industry. Also for the future development of relevant industries in product innovation design as a reference.
