Our empirical results show that R&D expenditure is positively significant to the number of patents and patent citations no matter the life cycle of sample firm was in growth, maturity or decline stages. However, the patent citations would positively and significantly affect the value of firm just in growth and maturity stages. Our finding is consistent to the hypothesis that the number of patents and patent citations are positive correlate to value of enterprise. LIN, YIN- LI 林盈利 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 30 zh-TW
