Summary: | 碩士 === 東方設計大學 === 文化創意設計研究所 === 106 === Urban tourism has drawn increasing attention in recent years, especially in the old industrial city as the savior of urban regeneration. How to upgrade industrial industries or create transformation opportunities in old industrial cities is a major challenge to the local municipal government. The promotion of the city tourism industry by the local government is considered to be able to stimulate and activate the economic activities and development priorities of local cities. Therefore, many traditional old industrial cities have actively carried out the construction of local characteristics, carried out urban regeneration, and made every effort to develop urban marketing and sightseeing tours.
In this study, Delphi Method and AHP were used to evaluate the key success factors of the tourism development strategy after the reengineering of urban style in Kaohsiung City. Hierarchical analysis (AHP) is used to determine the level of each evaluation factor. The first level is a key success factor in the tourism development strategy. There are four evaluation levels in the second level and fourteen evaluation criteria in the third level.
From the results, we can see the rankings of the importance of the four evaluation elements in the second layer of the research results are as follows: (1) Marketing activities (II) Management strategies (III) Recreation environment (IV) Infrastructure construction In the third layer of the evaluation criteria from the results that the third layer of the importance of the order of evaluation elements, namely (a) the attractiveness of the city (b) the maintenance of environmental facilities (c) the celebration of the event (d) the local characteristics (e) landscape. The research expects that the research results and suggestions can be helpful for the improvement of tourism in Kaohsiung City after the reconstruction of urban style.
