It also becomes a key factory to influenced national GDP. In Taiwan, currently, to develop cultural creative industry is an important strategy after the developing of digital industry. This industry can be integrated with various industries to develop an entire plan and also could reach the aim to promote economic soft power. This industrial development is a key strategy in national development policy for now. Cultural creative industry in Taiwan has divided into.15 categories with others not in above categories is in an extra category. In the context, that all trades and related industries are in an entire consideration under a comprehensive development policy in cultural creative industry. Because various industries all have various cultures ad characters, several extra cultural values can be added to their various products. This study focus on to use recycled metals and develop commercial products, and also consider creative design in a product and marketing values. Additionally, the objective and commercial issues in its producing progress. The aim is to develop cultural creative products made of recycled metals, and also creative commercial value in the same time reduced the investment risky in researching and developing new products. This aim is to make a company sustainable in development and products more completive products in the market. This study constructs a Decision Aids model by applying Delphi Method and Fuzzy Logic Theory to develop cultural creative products from recycle metals. The case-study can present the highly objective and practice in this model; and also explain the decision making model based on AI, with a scientific calculation function.
