Description
Summary:碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 製藥科技研究所 === 106 === Abstract Objective: This study was designed to investigate the effects of intrinsic obstruction and willingness of individuals with type 2 diabetes medications on individuals with insulin-injected drugs, and to understand whether different socioeconomic backgrounds differ in their internal barriers and willingness to use. Methods: This study refers to the scholar's questionnaire tool and adapts it to the research tool of cost research. The study selected sampling and pre-tested a total of 83 questionnaires. After eliminating the incomplete questionnaires, a total of 79 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 95.2%. After the pre-test samples were tested by the difference test and the correlation test, each item of the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. The Cronbach’s α coefficient of each facet is between .69 and .71. In the formal questionnaire of this study, a total of 158 questionnaires were distributed and recovered. After deducting invalid questionnaires with incomplete or too consistent answers, 150 valid questionnaires were obtained, and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 94.9%. The researchers used SPSS 12.0 statistical software for data analysis. Results: The results of the study showed that the different socioeconomic backgrounds of the samples had no significant effect on their personal intrinsic hindrance and willingness to use, and the individual intrinsic hindrance of the samples had a significant impact on the willingness to use. The standardized regression coefficient was .58. Conclusion: The researcher puts forward the conclusions and recommendations based on the research results, including strengthening the correct teaching information, inviting family members to participate in the education, and using the multiple channels to promote correct information.
