Summary: | 碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 教育領導與評鑑研究所 === 106 === The primary aim of this study is to understand the relationships among anger emotion expression, social support and stress of preschool educators; moreover, to research the influence of anger emotion expression and social support on stress. Using the questionnaires as research tools, preschool educators from Tainan City as the study object, there are 310 valid questionnaire samples out of the 360 educators questioned in total, which is an 86.11% valid return rate. Surveyed data were analyzed by the statistics analysis software, SPSS, to process the descriptive statistics analysis, item analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis as well.
The results are concluded as follows,
1. Preschool educators are more likely to express themselves by support seeking when they are in the anger emotion. The overall social support is at a level of medium-high; the overall stress feeling is at medium-low level.
2. Preschool educators under the age of 35 and those with the academic degree of master or even PhD tend to express themselves in the way of assertion when they are in anger; public preschool educators who have taught for 5 to 10 years, less than 3 classes, being a teacher with administrative business simultaneously are apt to express themselves with anger out; whose who have been teaching for less than 5 years, 5-10 years bracket, with administrative business, less than 3 classes, feel stressed more obviously.
3. The relationship between anger emotion expression and social support has a partially strong correlation. Among them assertion, support seeking and anger diffusion have positive correlations with social support; anger out and avoidance have positive correlations with social support; in anger emotion expression, only the rumination facet has a negative correlation with the overall stress.
4. Stress could only be predicted by rumination in anger emotion expression.
