The designed system can be used as a frontend operating mode, while another management system combines Autodesk HomeStyler planning software and design. It will enable users (customers) to directly know their plans and relevant quotations, which would provide them with an easily obtainable pre- and post-design comparisons. Furthermore, this system has backend operation mode (control internal items and auditing of customer quotations). The SQLite is used to establish customer information to browse customer’s history record and preferences. It will focus on innovative thinking and practical management to establish a flexible and easy to duplicate modular platform that meets the needs of the market. Subsequently, it can be used as a collection and analysis of future data, allowing near equality for management and the market value. In addition, Visual Quotient (VQ), visual capabilities will also be included to let the image analysis of the designer and customer reach a common cognitive view. This study is based on the existing business space of GODI Living as a model. The project will start with the development of a smart space planning and proposed systems (APP software, user interface, business information tools, management tools), and direct marketing activities in its commercial space. Afterwards, relevant data will be used for performance analysis to verify the multimedia tools and the management systems.
