The research object is mainly aimed at Tainan the Industrial-Academic Cooperation project Students , SPSS and amos was used for statistical analysis Total 370 sample copies were distributed , 261 valid questionnaires were analyzed and Recovery rate 70.5%.The results of this study demonstrate as following:(1)The relationship between the Industrial-Academic Cooperation Plan Students’ Organizational Socialization and Retention Commitment has significant correlation; (2)The relationship between the Industrial-Academic Cooperation project Students’ Organizational Socialization and Organizational Justice has significant correlation; (3)The relationship between the Industrial-Academic Cooperation Plan Students’ Organizational Justice and Retention Commitment has significant correlation; (4)The relationship between the Industrial-Academic Cooperation Plan Students’ Organizational Socialization and Psychological Contract Breach has significant correlation; (5) The relationship between the Industrial-Academic Cooperation Plan Students’ Psychological Contract Breach and Organizational Justice has significant correlation; (6)Organizational Justice that operates in between Organizational Socialization and Retention Commitment of the Industrial-Academic Cooperation Plan Students. (7)Psychological Contract Breach that operates in between Organizational Socialization and Organizational Justice of the Industrial-Academic Cooperation Plan Students.
