The electrical conductivity, surface morphology and thermal properties of TPU/CB and TPU/CB/CNT composites were examined by four-point probe meter, high resistance meter, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry analysis (TGA). When the amount of CB or CB/CNT was high than 10 wt%, the electrical conductivity of TPU/CB and TPU/CB/CNT composites was significantly enhanced. DSC results indicated that the crystallization temperature of the TPU/CB composite slightly increased with increasing the amount of CB. TGA results indicated that the thermal degradation temperature of the TPU/CB composite increased with increasing the amount of CB.
