This study mainly is based on the assumption of when the lead time vs setup cost relation linearly under single buyer/ seller/ product. Conducting an integrated inventory model with the quantity of orders, delivery time, setup cost, and lead time as decision variables to determine the best breaking point between sales and production. Finally, a few numerical examples to illustrate.
