Description
Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 建築與室內設計研究所 === 106 === With the implementation of the system on the two days of the week off, it is increasingly common for Chinese people to use outdoor vacations on holiday and travel is becoming more common. The scenic areas at all levels in the country are the first choice for outdoor recreation and experience. Therefore, the sightseeing and recreational facilities in the scenic area are obviously important. According to statistics from the Department of Health and Welfare Statistics Department in 2016, the number of mental and physical disabilities in Taiwan has reached 1.17 million 199, accounting for 4.97% of the total population, and shows an increasing trend year by year. According to the statistics of the Ministry of the Interior, Taiwan has officially marched in March of 2007. Among the senior citizens with a 14% ageing population, an average of 7 individuals are elderly, and it is estimated that after 8 years (2026 AD), an advanced age society with 20% of the elderly population will enter the society, that is, an average of 5 people. Among them, there is one old man. Therefore, we actively promote the “people-oriented, barrier-free tourism” activity to make the scenic spot more humane, so that disabled people, the elderly, and temporary mobility inconvenience are all willing to walk out of the enclosed area of the building and get close to nature, so that the body and mind are Can be properly relieved. In this study, through literature analysis and in cooperation with the Caption Evaluation Method, a suggestion was made that the recreation area is compatible with the universal design concept and its feasibility. The expected effect is that the general design of recreation areas should give priority to respecting natural landscape environmental conditions in addition to facilitating the development of tourism and improving the physical and mental health of the people, and to avoid destroying areas that are sensitive to ecological and geological fragility or of too great topographic changes, and to take care of and meet various ethnic groups. The demand, with a concept of creating the most users, allows more people to use the environmental facilities for their suitability and safety, and enables the development of recreation areas to achieve sustainable use.
