| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 建築與室內設計研究所 === 106 === Facing the aging of Taiwan''s society and helping to promote the aging of elderly people，it is the most important counseling policy in western countries and Japan of aging countries。The elderly people can continue to maintain their daily lives in a familiar community environment activities to maintain their physical and mental health。 Provide the care services through the community network to retard the aging rate of elderly people，enable elderly persons to obtain relevant support in community life，and provide mental and health care and community support to get the support and help from society。Elderly elders who gradually weaken their bodily functions due to their age and whose scope of action has been gradually curtailed can enjoy successful aging in the good public planning environment and space of their communities in the familiar environment of their own and familiar friends elderly life。
The first part of this study is to understand the process of Taiwan''s aging and the supporting measures and countermeasures by the government for the preparation and preparation of Taiwan''s entering an aging society through the literature of the aging countries at home and abroad。.
The second part of this study is to understand the social network and social support that elderly people can get in the community environmental care base through the literature research methods both at home and abroad and the care service methods and contents that the community can provide on space and organization. Collect cases from different countries and take care of the state of service to find out the suitable resources and services for the Taiwan’s community。
The third part of this study aims at analyzing the spatial distribution and use of space for the research case - Guomao Community proposed the space design of the care base to simulate the space needs of elders for social care services。
And design the space configuration by using the standards of day care provided by alley stations case C promoted by the government in 2017. Provide the social network and social support needed for aging in a familiar environment。.
In the fourth part of this study， to plan for the elderly in accordance with the design scope of the Community Care Project for Guomao Community。 After finishing，invite experts and industry experts on community care and long-t。erm care to conduct the assessment and review the planning。 design and the status reached for future research。.
