| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 電腦與通訊系碩士班 === 106 === In the network cabling project, the network lines and ancillary parts are the most basic use. During the cabling work, the most commonly used action is to make network line connector RJ45 (Registered Jack 45, as crystal connector) by network crimping tools. As many of the tools sold on the market, in addition to the appearance of different brands, there still exists different force structure of the crimp design. Under the consideration of price, it produces a doubt whether the higher the price, the famous the brand, the effect will be the best? In this study, several kinds of crimping tools with various brands obtained from the market have been compared. The units under test (UUT) are made using the same network wire and the standard approach (force). The electrical attenuations of the UUT are measured and verified through the programmable resistance measuring equipment (KEITHLEY 2400 Multifunction Power Meter). An extensive analyzing has been applied through analyzing the brand awareness, price levels and quality comparison.
