The research of Veterans Affairs Council, R.O.C. (VAC) that cooperated with LTC 2.0 Policy to provide general civilian with the quality of service and satisfaction of living in Veterans Home with paying or purchasing intention.

碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 106 === The media reported repeatedly in 12th Feb. 2017, saying that: “ The application for the civilians to reside in the Veterans Home at own expenses is from Feb. 15th , 2017”. Since the VAC cooperated with government’s LTC 2.0 Policy to reach the goal of resources sharing, there were 2%-5% vacancies in Veterans Home can be released to general civilians from 15th Feb. 2017. During the period the application, the living rate of the civilians has been increased monthly, and there are still many elders registered online and waiting for the living qualification. It’ indeed not only significantly improved the problem of vacancies rate in the Veterans Home but made up the inadequacy of the LTC 2.0 resources from government. It promoted the big power to LTC to all the civilians in Taiwan. The purpose of this case is to make a research of relevance from general civilian of the quality of service and make satisfaction of living in Veterans Home with paying or buying willingness to be the mediator variable.The participants in this study were general civilian who have already lived in the Veterans Home. Also, we can conduct the validation and analysis of result via handing out the questionnaires for the sake of the following expansion of opening rate from the VAC. Doing the field survey in 16 Veterans Home from Northern, Central and Southern part, we extracted people who lived in the Veterans Home from Bade, Hshinchu, Zhong Zhang, Yunlin, Baihe, Tainan, Kaohsiung and Hualian to do the questionnaires. The result revealed: (1)Quality of service with paying or buying willingness in Veterans Home has positively significant relationship. (2)Satisfaction with paying or buying willingness in Veterans Home has positively significant relationship. (3)lity of service with paying or buying willingness in Veterans Home has positively significant relationship to the satisfaction. (4)isfaction with paying or buying willingness in Veterans Home to the quality of service has mediator effect.
