| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 106 === To promote Taiwan''s Healthy Community Six-Star Plan, on the basis of the spirit of community construction and participation, non-governmental organizations are encouraged to set up a community care base, such as Renchang Community in Nanzi District, Kaohsiung City. This care base has been established for a long time and runs smoothly. The present study thus uses the community as the care base and provides community care bases in Kaohsiung City and other districts direction toward the improvement of their management methods. The research results show that the community care bases set up by non-governmental organizations can satisfy the needs of elderly residents and shape sustainable growth and a healthy community environment. These care bases are combined with welfare management resources and multiple services in the Care Management Center to comfort and help senior residents achieve positive physical and mental health. The senior residents can receive services nearby, and the community is much friendlier. Developing a healthy community organization can overall benefit community maintenance.
