Description
Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 106 === In the early period, the lifestyle of the Military Dependents’ Village was more limited to residents within a certain area. After the reconstruction, second generation’s life of the village was improved in many ways, such as studying, employment as well as growth. However, after the migration of outside residents, the adjustment of living space and the reconstruction of the community network, does the life style of the old village still exist? This research uses literature analysis methods, observation methods and in-depth interviews to conduct research. The study takes the Hequn Village in Zuoying District of Kaohsiung City as the research objec; exploring the impact of the reconstruction of the village on the lifestyle of residents. The study disclosed that the residents in the Hequn Village were roughly divided into three categories. The first category was the tenants who lived in the higher ranks, the second category was the tenants who lived in the lower ranks, and the third category was those who stayed in the village and then bought the house. Although the household sources are inconsistent, the feelings after staying in the New Hequn Village are much the same. Overall, the re-enhancement of living functions is the general aspiration of the tenants for the direction of community development. For the current living environment, most of the tenants can adapt. It means that the transformation of the village is the advantage of the life style of the tenants in the Hequn Village.
