What should we do without a stable job and salary for such a social dilemma?
In this week’s (2015) article “Reversing the Downturn and Relying on Innovation”, we see that the use of “innovation” by the textile industry has become a shining star in the garment market. Using innovative capabilities proves that textile is not a sunset industry, that is, as long as continuous innovation breaks through. The global market is the new stage. And because the “sudden recession forced innovation” has become the best portrayal of the rising unemployment rate among all walks of life, the unemployed have invested in entrepreneurship. Freshmen also have different views on entrepreneurship, plus the government has provided Youthful loans and other benefits allow young people with ideas to work more smoothly on the road to entrepreneurship, not just fresh people. Unemployed people can also use their entrepreneurial spirit to start business in a better future.
This study will explore the results of the theory and practice of the entrepreneurial spirit and use qualitative research methods to conduct in-depth interviews with semi-structured questionnaires. The questionnaires are designed for topics related to research, such as entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs use the contents of the questionnaire to understand the relevant experiences and processes of entrepreneurs, hoping to provide references to the government''s decision on social prosperity and social welfare policies. The results of this study provide theoretical answers and practical results that can respond to each other. Entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intentions all affect the entrepreneurial choices of entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs can also demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit in the process of entrepreneurship.
