As a teacher, a leader guiding students’ learning and standing at the forefront of education, how to incorporate information technology into their teaching is an unavoidable task at present. The Ministry of Education in Taiwan has also made great effort to proactively encourage the application of IT in teaching. Therefore, it is important to understand teacher''s intention to use IT in education and how it helps facilitate the integration of IT into teaching. The purpose of this study is to explore the behavioral intention of information technology integrated for elementary school teachers in teaching, and to analyze the impact of external variables and cognitive variables, attitude toward using of Technology Acceptance Models (TAM), on the behavioral intention for elementary school teachers. According to the research results, some relevant recommendations are made for education-related organizations and schools as a reference in promoting the integration of teachers'' IT into their teaching.This research object is the public elementary school teacher in Kaohsiung City. The questionnaire is designed based on the “The Behavioral Intention of Information Technology Integrated into Teaching” which serves as a research instrument to conduct quantitative research. The empirical data was finally collected through questionnaire survey and SPSS was used to analyze and process the data. The main results of this study are summarized as follows: 1."Teacher information literacy" and "Teaching environment and administrative support " have a positive and significant impact on "Perceived ease of use ". 2. "Teacher information literacy", "Social influence" and " Perceived ease of use " have a positive and significant effect on "Perceived usefulness ". 3. "Perceived ease of use " and "Perceived usefulness " have a positive and significant effect on "Attitude toward using ". 4. "Perceived usefulness " and "Attitude toward using " have a positive and significant effect on "Behavioral intention to use ". 5.
