This work also employs statistical analysis theory proposing "An Effective training scheme as the pilot of this thesis". The method proposed in this work has the following characteristics; 1. The application of functional system of course training with the ability to reduce the psychological barriers for those beginners to assemble electrical equipment. 2. The method is suitable for all age groups in the workplace training and development needs. 3. Planning a training course can be in response to industry requests, especially for the actual work flow in the workplace. 4. Dramatically reducing the time for the industry to cultivate professionals, material waste, and losses. And thus enhances the safety of job. The method proposed in this thesis is used in INDUSTRIAL TALENT INVESTMENT PROGRAMS, for industry professionals’ cases, to understand the difficulties and judgments encountered by learners during the training process. The following results are obtained: 1. While trainees are found with problems in the learning process, they can immediately find out the problem point promptly and provide information to solve their learning difficulties. 2. Providing trainees with the corresponding correct concept of safety and construction must pay attention to the conditions. Compared with the existing training method of production, the function training system mentioned in this thesis is used to judge the training method, actually, in the skills test pass rate that can be verified.
