The park is located in Taipei City. In addition to emphasizing on the safety, the park's facilities, shopping mall, and the magical fruit theme park emphasize the direct interaction with tourists using different design. Whether these initiatives can meet the actual needs of tourists (parents and children) and their satisfaction after the experience is a topic worth exploring. This study uses two methods, that are Importance performance analysis method and quality attribute of Kano model, to evaluate the service quality of the new children's paradise and provides references for the industry to improve service quality. After berg measured by the customer satistaction coefficient method, the results shows that Amusement of the 32 service quality attributes of the New Children's Park, 20 items can be classified as attractive quality, 5 items can be classified as one-dimensional quality, 2 items can be classified as must-be quality, and 5 items can be classified as indiffer quality. These Four qualities can give the park to improve service qualities and make good marketing strategies.
