We collect the requirements and the problems encountered by users in using dish dryers by using interviews method. Then, we put the customer problems into the TRIZ contradiction matrix for analysis to find the improvement solutions. In addition, we evaluate the improvement solutions and select the most suitable one. Finally, we implement improvement solutions, and verify that through feedback from users.
