| Summary: | 碩士 === 聖約翰科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士班 === 106 === Dish dryers seems to be simple and without diversity. However, there are different feel for the use of dish dryers on individuals. In order to enhance the user's convenience in the operation of dryers and the placement of the dishes, this study uses TRIZ (Innovative Problem Solving Theory) to improve the design. We collect the requirements and the problems encountered by users in using dish dryers by using interviews method. Then, we put the customer problems into the TRIZ contradiction matrix for analysis to find the improvement solutions. In addition, we evaluate the improvement solutions and select the most suitable one. Finally, we implement improvement solutions, and verify that through feedback from users.
