As a result, people’s demand for technology products is becoming more and more common. However, mobile communication software has created more connections between people. The more frequent it is, the more convenient and entertaining it is for mobile communication software to deliver information to other people's hands at the same time. There is no need for any fees when downloading. So that people rely on mobile communication software to contact relatives and friends and handle many affairs. Senior citizen people have always been one of the topics of concern. The differences in the times and cultural differences have gradually led the Yinfa people out of the information or social concerns of today's society. The purpose of this study is to understand the intent and behavioral patterns of the silver-speaking people using mobile communication soft-ware, and to explore convenience, entertainment, cost of use, immediacy, privacy, perceived usefulness, perception through technology acceptance models and external variables. The relationship between ease of use, attitude of use, and behavioral intentions, making assumptions and studying the appropriate patterns of behavior used by silver speaking people. Using LINE, WeChat, and WhatsApp as examples to design each item, and pre-send questionnaires to randomize 20 Senior citizens over 65 years of age, and then use SPSS 18.0 statistical package software as a tool to analyze the data. The results of the statistical questionnaires were used to check the inconsistency of the immediate questions in the contents of the pretest questionnaires. After sorting out and inserting convenience items, the formal questionnaires were re-arranged and issued again to 140 Senior citizens aged 65 and above. After finishing, SPSS 18.0 statistical package software analyzed the reliability of formal questionnaires and used regression analysis to test whether it had a significant impact. After sorting out, understand the needs and functions of Senior citizen people in using mobile communication software. In the future, they can provide reference for scholars and demanders and enable the general public to pay more attention to the large group of Senior citizen.
