According to the statistics of the Ministry of Communications, tires have always been the biggest cause of accidents in vehicle parts over the years, far exceeding other reasons. The ordinance has forced vehicles to install tire pressure detectors: In July 2017, Taiwan forced all new vehicles to install tire pressure detectors. The use of the detection tire pressure system is to install a sensor inside each wheel nozzle. At a speed of approximately 30 km/h (approximately 20 mph), the system is activated and begins to detect tire pressure. For the current trailer vehicle condition detection device, the front end is used as a power supply and measurement base, and the detection of a small number of trailer tires and vehicle conditions can still be coped with; if the number of trailers is too many, the measurement will be time-consuming and inconvenient. This dissertation is based on a separable technology to provide a vehicle condition detection system for linked car trailers to replace the front end, and to achieve a fast to effective detect of trailer vehicle condition. In this paper, the proposed vehicle condition detection device which includes a shell, a control circuit board, a power supply unit, and an electrical signal connection line, so that the detection results are synchronously stored in the data storage module and displayed on the display module. It is necessary to carry out various tests in connection with the front of the vehicle, which greatly improves the efficiency of detection and the convenience of operation.
