The video& music platform industry, resulting in many parody works. Taiwan's law on digital convergence and medias are totally change in the hardware and content, between the interests of the OTT owner and the copyright owner, not only by the government unilaterally OTT legislation, and the need for practical market transactions to monitor the flow of funds. By discussing the parody works often appearing on the video websites, it is concluded that the fair use of the copyright in the new era of the Internet can still be handled with the provisions of Article 52 and 65 of the Copyright Law. As well as digital content to Copyright Collective Management Organization, and create a database and authorize the works from the platform. With reference to the digital markets in various countries, it is also the focus of discussions on such issues as the licensing of authorizations and orphan works as well as the relevant licensing mechanisms.
