| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊傳播學研究所(含碩專班) === 106 === Over the past years, the low fertility has been accompanied by a drop in labor rates, decreased to governmental tax revenues. It could be a potential issue to the development of society and economy in the future. Under this premise, how to provide correct information to each pregnant woman to avoid early termination of pregnancy, either due to the lack of information or obtaining incorrect information about pregnancy, is an important research issue. The study applied in-depth interview with nullipara to find out the information needs, barriers and principle of information judgement in the nullipara birth-giving journey. Four major findings are as follows: (1) Providing an overall profiles and help to build-up a customized standard of pregnancy information judgment is the most important thing for the nullipara. (2) The main factor for selecting the information resources are relievable and trustable. (3) Established an information service platform to provide comprehensive information about pregnancy should have potential needs. (4) For the information access, should be considerate of values, contexts, reading habits and preference to reduce unnecessary filtering data, and focusing on personalized service development. The result of the study and suggestions are helpful references for the department of public health, information service providers, and the nullipara.
