Description
Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 公共關係暨廣告學研究所(含碩專班) === 106 === With economic globalization and the global economic crisis we are facing, enterprises and new ventures are taking steps to move toward cross-industry clusters, cross-border cooperation and cross-domain development. Under the circumstances, a new economic model — so called “sharing economy” has become a trend. As the result of the vigorous development of sharing economy, many new types of industries and enterprises have emerged; such as Obie (bike-sharing), Uber (carpool service) and Airbnb (short-term accommodation service). This also includes Co-working / Coworking Space. In recent years, some well-known large enterprises such as Microsoft, Dell, USA Exploration and Discovery Asia Channel have changed their concept of work place and no longer confined themselves to the traditional office model. They have moved their office to "WeWork", the originator of coworking space, and become its members. WeWork’s network of coworking space in major cities all over the world and its Community Guidelines, allow its enterprise members to build close and expansive business relationship and linkage. However, the rapid development of the sharing economy also creates waste of the shared resources, unfair competition, and monopoly. In addition, its high dependency on the Internet, third-party platforms and other technologies have led to very sharp competition in the sharing economy. This study will explore and analyze the current situation and development model of global sharing economy and Coworking Space. Also, it will compare the Co-working’s operation model and status between Mainland China and Taiwan, and make sustainable development for Business strategies, in case study of “UCOMMUNE Taipei”.
